Instant E-Pan Card allotment at Free of Cost

The Income Tax Department is providing facility to allot E-Pan Card at free of cost to Individuals.  The facility is for a limited period of time and only available for resident individuals with holding a valid aadhar card. The allotment of E-Pan works on real time basis i.e. after applying for E-Pan  individual will be allotted Pan Number within 5-10 Minutes.

E-Pan card is digital copy of original Pan Card and can be downloadable in PDF Format. E-Pan can only applied by person not having a Pan card number already.

Following conditions are for allotment of E-Pan Card.

  • Applicant must be resident individual (Except minors and others covered u/s 160 of the Income Tax act, 1961) and not for HUF, Firms, Trust and Companies.
  • Applicant should not have Pan card already.
  • The Individual Aadhar should be linked to active Mobile Number or E-mail address so that to receive aadhar OTP. If individual doesnt have active mobile number linked with aadhar card, please visit – uidai.gov.in.
  • E-Pan is generated using the details available in aadhar i.e. Name, Address,Phone no, Gender, Date of Birth. If, details in aadhar is not correct or not updates, please  update the same at uidai.gov.in.
